We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Sometimes it can happen that your chosen photograph does not quite work in your space. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer one week money back guarantee on all artwork.
How do I return a photograph?
Simply send us the photograph in the original packaging and confirm it by email (email@example.com). We will issue you a refund on the price of the photograph minus 10% restocking fee. Art that is returned damaged will not be refunded. Photographs that are returned wrinkled, dented, or smudged due to mishandling will incur a handling fee based on the size of the print.
How much does the shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of £14 for shipping to any place in the world. Please note, art shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
How long does it take to receive the purchased photograph?
Photography is typically printed, packed and shipped within five to seven working days. Once your artwork is shipped, please allow up to three to six working days. You will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can see exactly when your art will arrive. If you need artwork delivered on a tight deadline, please contact us before placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange special shipping.
What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
If you receive a damaged photograph, contact us within 24 hours at email@example.com. Please save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim.
How do you chose the work you show at your gallery?
We work with a number of curators who select each artist and photograph presented at the gallery. United Creativity exhibits only original art in limited edition prints. Our curators are art business professionals who work together with galleries and collectors, but also with interior designers to ensure a selection of the highest quality fine art photography.
How can I make the payment?
Please use our PayPal or Credit Card at the checkout.
May I apply multiple discounts to the same order?
You may only use one coupon or promotional offer per order. Photographs on special offer are not eligible for additional discounts.
What does “limited edition” mean?
Limited edition photography is produced in a set limited quantity. This limit can not be extended by the artist. Every photograph is numbered, showing for example 3/10, which means it is the 3rd print out of 10 existing.
How do we know that the artist will not produce more prints?
All of the photographs shown on United Creativity’s online gallery is covered by a contract between us and the photographers, which agrees the number of limited edition prints. The artist is legally responsible for the number of prints produced. It is also in his/her own interest because limited editions add value to the photography.
Does United Creativity have a physical gallery location?
We do not have a physical gallery, but we constantly put on temporary exhibitions. If you would like information about our next event, please sign up for our newsletter.
Can I hire the work?
We offer our art for hire to institutions, offices, hotels and restaurants. We believe that photography can enhance the interior design of any space and a frequent change of artwork provides a vibrant, flexible atmosphere to an interior. The art can be hired for a period of between 4 weeks and 1 year. If you are interested, please contact us to discuss further details.
What about duties and taxes?
If you reside outside the European Union, you may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. United Creativity has no control over this, and has no way of determining what your duties and taxes may amount to. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more information.
