Kinga was born in Warsaw. Photography for her is a way of describing her perception of the world. As well as graduating from the Phototechnical School and Warsaw School of Photography she also studied biology and has since worked as a microbiologist and laboratory diagnostician.
“This job allowed me to observe the world under the microscope. In this way I can admire the abstract forms in the matter of less than a grain of sand. Macro photography allows you to get away from reality, escape into a fairytale world of colours, shapes and forms.”
“I love the landscape in both micro and macro. I think that this kind of photography is the best way to reflect emotions and create a new reality.”
Her Micro-landscape series was discovered in liquids. She combined the micro and macro worlds together to create compositions using two lenses. Various liquids were poured onto a smooth surface, allowing the artist to find interesting forms.
